Ameriflo had a great show in Dubai last week had visitors from all over the GCC region. Activity was very strong and all were interested in visiting the new Ameriflo facility scheduled to be completed later this year. Ameriflo has the largest hydraulic offering in the industry backed by the largest, in-house, Diesel engine program on the planet.
Each tradeshow that Ameriflo attends, more and more clients understand why Ameriflo is different in the industry and why they intend on continuing to being the new leader. Ameriflo has a complete UL/FM end suction, vertical inline, split case, vertical turbine, skid and house packages as well as the largest Diesel engine program available from any pump manufacturer. Ameriflo is also one of the last manufacturers to still offer special metallurgy for sea water applications. Alloy 2205 duplex stainless steel and 2507 super duplex stainless steel are only a couple of these exotic materials that can be ordered.
Ameriflo Corporation, a global centrifugal pump manufacturer focusing on the Commercial, Municipal, Industrial, Water Systems & Fire Protection markets, broke ground on Monday, October 14th, 2024 at its new world headquarters located in Piperton, Tennessee. The 110,000 square-foot facility will centralize several different manufacturing facilities located throughout the world and will be located on a 7 acre parcel. This new manufacturing facility will include a state-of-the-art training facility for sales & service, a full product showroom displaying pumps, packages and Diesel engines, a 300,000-gallon hydraulic test facility, a 535 HP [400 KW] & 1610 HP [1200 KW] dynamometer for testing and certifying the complete Ameriflo Diesel engine program, multiple large bridge cranes with capacities up to 20 ton to aid in large pump and pump house construction and racking for millions of dollars of expanded inventory. The new Tennessee test facility will allow for fast customization of stock inventory for domestic and international customers extending the current hydraulic offering. Anticipated facility completion is Q3 Y2025.
To grow Ameriflo sales in Colombia, SAEG arranged another training class for nearly 20 of their inside and outside sales people and engineers. Colombia is a country that fully embraces the latest UL & FM requirements and Ameriflo is an active player in this ever expanding market. The training class covered the huge differences between Ameriflo and the other guys, especially when it comes to the standard construction offering consisting of ductile iron casings with investment cast, 304 stainless steel impellers. Every other competitor uses class 30 cast iron with sand cast bronze impellers. This is a significant difference in construction as well as efficiency. The investment cast impeller is much smoother than sand cast bronze and is one of the main reasons why Ameriflo has the lowest documented horsepower in the UL/FM fire protection market. Ameriflo has used the latest design software to model all pumps allowing for the highest efficiencies in the fire protection markets as well as utilizing double volute casings on all split case pumps greatly reducing the sizes of rotating assemblies used throughout the product line.
The NFPA 2024 is 3 days of jam packed networking, education, socializing and experiencing everything new in Fire Protection. This country has an open mind when it comes to the latest UL & FM requirements and Ameriflo is playing an important role in educating these consultants on NFPA 20 and UL/FM requirements.
